CONDITIONS OF SALE

R1000 Registration Fee, 2.5% Cash Handling Fee. Buyers commission applicable. It is compulsory that buyers bring FICA documents for registration. All payments to be settled latest 2hrs after auction. No cash on sale date. Only invoices to be issued on day of Auction. All payments should be done through EFT Or Cash Deposits into Riley Auctioneers bank account. All collections on full payment and last day for collection FRIDAY 25 OCT 2019 Municipal Yard closes at 12pm . The rules of auction comply with Section 45 of the Consumer Protection Act, Act 68 of 2008.
