A youthful South African businessman – Mr Kwanele Boltina, hailing from eMthatha in the Eastern Cape Province, has proven to be one of the most brilliant and influential African business minds, after walking away with the coveted Forty under 40 Africa award in the Finance category.
The prestigious awards ceremony was hosted at the luxurious Kempinski Hotel in Accra Ghana on Saturday (26 March 2022).
The adjudication process was quite intense and diligent, with public votes constituting 20%, whilst the rest of the 80% was solely dependent on the in-depth selection process undertaken by a panel of astute judges.
He advocates and canvases in transforming the financial services and banking sector in South Africa by trying to level the playing field and ensuring equal participation in the value chain and the whole economic structure of the finance industry

He also sits a committee member in THE REAL ESTATE & RELATED SERVICES COMMITTEE of the Services SETA @serviceseta advising on QCTO and NQF accreditation course content.
Hlathi as he is well known also heads up the Transformation Committee as a board member in the South African Institute of Auctioneers (S.A.I.A) @saia_auctioneering the official recognized body and voice of the auction industry and is passionate about transformation, training and viable economic solutions to eradicate poverty and the high unemployment rate.
